This pull request is to create release note for macros.

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

The PR is related to #6329, this PR has been released as the feature is enabled in some smaller deployments. But release note will be published on 26th.

@jpipkin1 Actually this file is moved out of Beta and it is published also. I checked our main branch, but the beta file you mentioned is not available. Not sure why this page is still reflecting.

This Beta file is not reflecting in the Local build too. So, this seems to be because of the Deployment cache. @kimsauce Can you please help here?

@JV0812, adding a redirect should fix it.
