DOCS-1384 - Add admonition for Training and Certification

Purpose of this pull request

New admonition for Training and Certification guidance, microlessons, links to courses, etc. When approved:

• Change existing embedded microlessons (Sumo Logic admonition) to training admonition.
• Create plan to add course links to corresponding doc topics

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)
