This commit introduces Moon support, including: - `.moon` directory with task and toolchain configuration. - `.prototools` for proto configuration. - Integration with Zed for running Moon tasks. - Updates to `.dockerignore`, `.gitignore`, and `Cargo.lock`. - Configuration loading and initialization in `main.rs`. - CI workflow updates to include Moon commands and reporting.
