Hi @mtelgkamp! Thank you for the suggestions/corrections. I’m not going to merge it yet, but that’s for procedural reasons.
Since the documents in this repository are backed by decisions in the General Assembly, Business Control Committee, Board, etc., I'm working on developing a procedure that outlines what is required to adopt changes.
It will probably be two procedures, one for changes that do not change the meaning of the text and one for changes that do.
