scrapeMetadata에서 OG 이미지 업로드를 선행하고 S3 URL을 반환하도록 변경
createLink에서 캐시 히트 시 다운로드 없이 S3 URL 매핑
캐시 미스 시 UrlValidator로 SSRF 방어 후 업로드, 실패 시 기본 이미지 사용
