Support in avrsetup

avrsetup is used to initialize a new chip, to set its "fuses". It's a shell script which essentially calls avrdude with preselected options.

avrdude -qq -c gpio -p t85 -U efuse:w:0xFF:m -U lfuse:w:0xE2:m -U hfuse:w:0xD9:m
-qq No progrsss output
-c gpio Use the Raspberry's GPIO pins as programmer
-p t85 AVR's partnumber for ATtiny 85
-U efuse:w:0xFF:m Fuse Extended Byte, write 0xFF, m?
-U lfuse:w:0xE2:m Fuse Low Byte, write, 0xE2: Slow Startup time, 8MHz Clock from internal RC
-U hfuse:w:0xD9:m Fuse High Byte, write 0xD9: SPI programming enabled, Brownout Voltage 1.9V
