Add Metadata and Connector information to MVO detail page and API endpoints

On the MVO detail page we need to find a good way to also display:

• Metadata about the MVO, i.e. when it was created (in JIM), what it's internal ID is, etc.
• The connectors it has
• Attribute metadata, i.e. what system contributed the value, and when. Link to the relevant Activity if possible.

Then ensure that the API and PowerShell module also surface this information elegantly.
