Enhanced visual separation and added hover effects to engagement training and tools cards for improved clarity and interactivity.
The "Engagement Training and Tools" section was already configured for a single-column layout (
grid-cols-1). This PR increases the vertical spacing between items and adds a subtle hover shadow to each card to further emphasize individual items and enhance user interaction, making the "one item per row" display more distinct.
