fix: remove mksquashfs -e flags that caused unbootable ISO
Excluding proc/sys/dev/run from squashfs means casper has no
mountpoint for devtmpfs → /dev/null missing → boot crash.
Dirs must exist (empty) in the image for kernel to mount into.
feat: disable plymouth in debug builds
Masks systemd services and removes initramfs hook so kernel
and systemd logs are visible during boot instead of splash.
