Feature #217: Added beside the Private Notes an additional List that displays Cards from various places with card image tooltip and quick Action buttons. Further added a toggleable display quickcommand bar in between the global/private notes.
For persistence reasons GameBean needed to be extended with the shownCards. This has an effect on rollback this feature.
