Description
The RTD yaml doesn't currently install
jbpy, so the new CLI job that calllsjbpdumpandjbpinfoto capture the help messages fails. This PR fixes that as demonstrated in RTD for this branch:https://jbpy.readthedocs.io/en/bugfix-rtd-build/cli.html
