Updated the API models to v1.4. In addition:

  • Refactored the Unix epoch used in creating DateTime
    instances from timestamps into a utility class
  • Fixed typo "CreatioDate" in UserInformation
  • Changed capitalisation of kunyomi property for consistency
  • Fix Seeing corruption of Japanese characters #1 by setting the Encoding of the WebClient prior to download

Updated the API models to v1.4.  In addition:

Add myself to license; change Readme to reference the ISC license that
is contained in License.txt.
Brain fart - the unix epoch is 1970/1/1, not 0/0/0, which is an invalid
date and raises an exception...
Set the WebClient encoding to UTF-8 to fix mojibake
when getting Japanese language text.
