some structures got more fields for localisation, the Num instance of DiscordId was removed. some other small fixes
this massively helps type inference

In this PR I freshen up tablebot by dragging the dependencies forward the 4 or so years they've languished, as well as trying to eliminate all the warnings that
-Wall -Werrorturns up.This builds on my machine using ghc 9.12.2 and cabal, and also using stack.
We should include the .cabal and stack.yaml.lock files even though they're autogenerated so we can track them over time, and use cabal with this project.
