Adds support for V3 ECDSA messages
I'm not sure about the constructor, I think it might be a good idea to combine all the args into a single bytes array and have a loop in the constructor to dispatch to the different init functions needed, but decided to keep it this way for now. If we add any more versions I'd make the change though.
