v1.3.1 Hotfix for DsReg

Fixes #3

As a workaround, WorkAccountCollection prevents duplicate work accounts from being added. Obviously, this is not ideal as the underlying cause for the duplicate has not been fixed. But it's good enough for now, while I'm reworking how the module parses the output.

v1.3.0 Release of DsReg

Adjusted the output of the Get-DsRegStatus function to use a PowerShell specific object.
