Hi @follower, thank you for this (and the other) PR. I intend on merging them, but I would like to set up the Eclipse Contributor Agreement CI (the same one we have on our other repos) before doing so, as I wouldn't want to risk making IP reviews harder on our other projects when they start depending on stabby. I'll notify you once this is done so you can then sign into eclipse and e-sign the agreement, if that suits you :) |

@follower I updated the CI, would you mind adding your changes from your other PR to this one, that way they'll get merged at the same time, and the CI will get triggered :) |

Given the second point of the
stabby"manifesto" I thought links to some other Rust ABI/FFI/stability-related discussions of which I'm aware would be useful breadcrumbs for cross-pollination and other mixed metaphors. :)
