This PR removes the dependency
request_permission. This is necessary as that plugin breaks thefile_pickerplugin.Instead of depending on that plugin this PR implements a native dialog and waits for the user's choice. Therefore, the method
requestPermissionnow returns a bool that corresponds to the user's choice.info:
