This PR grants execution permissions to each sample Python script
examples/*.py. This enables us to run the scripts simply using<SCRIPT_PATH> [OPTIONS]. As users no longer need to manually grant execution permissions viachmod +x <SCRIPT_PATH>, the relevant instruction inexamples/README.mdhas been removed.
