Add new templates for the dashboard and remove old web artifacts#81

- Deleted main.js, privacy-policy.html, style.css, terms-of-service.html, and version.txt from the old web directory. - Removed Vite configuration file. - Updated email notification service to use EmailMultiAlternatives for better email formatting and added reply-to functionality. - Added DEFAULT_FROM_EMAIL_ADDRESS setting for consistent email sender address. - Cleaned up HTML templates for better readability and consistency.
