I know the article is old, but it was very helpful to me. I was able to figure out the commands for a Time2 BLE bulb.
A peculiar feature of the bulb API is that one of the bytes in the command is a randomly generated number followed by a checksum of all the bytes up to the random one.
I thought it was worth sharing since it is a bit different from your example.
