EdgeWorkers updates for Acrobat Subdomain

Description

• Added suffix frictionless_acrobat and correct locales for subdomain edgeKV group name
• Consolidated MWPW-185573 remove unused references to dc widget and include acrobat.adobe.com in prod check #24
• Supports different code roots based on domains

There Should be 0 impact to any live pages, as EW code has to be deployed and tested separately.
