Fixes for recent MEP button rework.

Changes

• Removes blue left border used for MMM from the overlay tabs.

• Fixes MMM data being appended to the wrong parent.

Instructions

1. Open the MEP button on any page.
2. Use content override for preview.js (required to pull MMM data).
3. Check for visual anomalies.

b) using content override, I am able to verify that the checkbox for "MMM data for last 7 days" now shows content when checked.
