Fix the Bug Submission Pull Request

What was the bug?

the second parameter of the addTransaction method was wrong (account type instead of TransactionSigner)

How did you fix the bug?

VSCode told me that the sender was wrong so I search for a TransactionSigner type :

I then choose to use the function getSenderTransactionSigner

During this challenge, I encountered this problem

I posted it on the Algorand Discord general-dev channel (user voxiiz). I couldn't solve this, I just clone again my forked repository, did the same thing and It works this time. The only different thing I did the first time is that after using algokit bootstrap all I updated algod with algokit localnet reset --update

Great job finding a fix for the issue! Yeah its always smart to regularly update and reset your localnet since things could get messed up with previous activities or with newer versions of various libraries, the localnet may need to be updated as well to work with newer versions.
