  • What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)

    1. Introduces a useDebouce hook built on top of lodash for consistent usage.
    2. Replace with local setTimeouts.
    3. Better in the long run.
  • Why was this change needed? (You can also link to an open issue here)
    Add throttling to frontend api calls #162 (comment)

  • Other information:
    This PR can be treated as a refactor that introduces a reusable useDebouce hook.
