I inadvertently deleted the contents of the S3 bucket that used to serve the tbone
tgzs for npm consumption a while back; I'd forgotten that we'd done it that we because the CDN I used at the time didn't support TLS (not easily, anyway). This PR updates the URL to the new CDN. (this issue came up in #10)
