Add formatting to config.yml

Added an ability to set custom formatting for rows, bubbles and messages. chatFormat became deprecated but still backwards compatible

Thanks for the response, I looked into them and I'll definitely use most of them on my servers!
Sounds great, I'll try to maintain and update them, but I can't promise to always be active though
