I'd say we aren't quite ready for translations of all of these documents just yet... like decentralists is unorganized and will be refactored, even README. but the newly added STAKING_VS_MONEY.md does need translation.

we will link directly to the main github. CIS community of cosmos ecosystems - really big.

As for the filename format, I suggest something like filename.localecode.md.

For example, STAKING_VS_MONEY.md becomes STAKING_VS_MONEY.fr.md for the French translation. The good thing is that it doesn't affect the filename because it looks like an additional extension. Also, some markdown tools expect this kind of format for i18n support.
