1/ readme is now more detailed and accounts for windows machine specific steps. 2/ Lambda function deployment now uses python zip library. 3/ Utils.py accounts for windows machine (instructions outlined in line 35 & 39)

Issue: Solution has been giving errors when deployed on Windows machines.
