Description

This PR adds e2e tests for all framework and model combinations.
This adds a e2e-test helper file for running the create -> deploy -> invoke -> remove all -> deploy commands for whatever framework and model provider is passed in. This makes the other test files effectively one line.

Note: there were some tui unit tests failing because the assertion was happening before the escape key registered I fixed it by adding a promise to set the key immediate.
