Description of changes:
Added null checks in
XrayCommandListenermethods (started,succeeded,failed) to gracefully skip tracing whenbegin_subsegment()returnsNone. This fixesAttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'put_annotation'when MongoDB operations run outside an active X-Ray segment.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
