pytest-order is used via @pytest.mark.order in test_pdf_encrypt.py and registered in pytest.ini, but was missing from requirements.txt.

@pytest.mark.order(registered inpytest.ini) to enforce execution order. Withoutpytest-order, tests may fail or run in an unexpected order on fresh setups.Scope
