Otherwise execution will fail on Python3.7. Sure, that version is EOL but it's an easy fix.

Description of changes: Prepare v.3.2.4 release to include minor fixes
amazon.ioninrequirements.txtChanges are transparent to clients, so making this a patch increment. Full release diff
Also included a fix to an integ test to make it run on my (ancient, shameful, blocked from upgrading) python 3.7 machine.
