When any step in the init flow fails, a deferred rollback now cleans up all scaffolded artifacts — frontend/backend directories are removed and the MongoDB seed collection is dropped. Firebase rollback is a no-op for now. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
