Added sheet and beta turn dssp to npose
Current method is not fully optimized for speed, sheets are determined the same way dssp does. Roughly speaking: any hbond which isnt a helix or a beta turn, or any bulge surround by the preceding. This should fail with exotic secondary structure or loops with many long range hbonds. This method is also pretty necessarily N^2, which may not be strictly necessary in future versions.
