Add a link to the showtec lampy lighting conole. The GUI of the lampy version 2.0 is build upon a unidirctional dataflow pattern with quickflux at its core. Our team is very happy with that design choice!

I opened this MR mostly to notify you about our use of quickflux in a major commercial project.
When we started working on a new GUI for a lighting control console, we decided to put quickflux at its core and use a unidirectional dataflow pattern.
We are very happy with this choice and quickflux has been an essential part of our project.
