Graduate Researcher & Teaching Assistant @ Concordia University
Algorithms & Complexity Lab Β· MontrΓ©al, QC, Canada
I'm a thesis-based Master's student in Computer Science at Concordia University, working at the Algorithms & Complexity Lab under Prof. Hovhannes Harutyunyan with 5 published or in-progress papers and a teaching portfolio spanning 10 courses (1100+ hours). My work sits at the intersection of Theoretical Computer Science, Graph Theory, and Network Science β designing scalable algorithms for complex network analysis.
My core research focuses on community detection in large-scale graphs: I design, benchmark, and publish algorithms that uncover meaningful structure in social, citation, and synthetic networks.
"Design algorithms. Mine graphs. Understand networks."
- Design & Analysis of Algorithms β combinatorial optimization, approximation & randomized algorithms
- Graph Theory & Graph Mining β community detection, link prediction, node classification
- Social Networks Analysis β large-scale network evaluation, complex network dynamics
- Machine Learning on Graphs β GNNs, scalable training strategies, network embeddings
