This updates the CLI to support secure connections (to the API, blob and worker endpoints). By default this is inferred based on whether the host is referring to localhost or not, but can be set explicitly with
--secure,--no-secure, or theCOFLUX_SECUREenvironment variable.Also tidies up the definition of CLI options to reduce duplication.
