0.1.0 [milestone 1: test coverage]

RxRuby now has a reasonable test suite covering all basic feature-set of all operators. Extending test coverage uncovered and fixed ~40 bugs. RxRuby now supports Ruby 1.9+, ending support for Ruby 1.8. RxRuby can be considered production-ready for non-concurrent usage. Also note that this is still major-version zero software, so there may be some interface changes in the future.
