Hi @Youssef1313! Thank you for the contribution!

We are currently working through updating some other dependencies (#6729) and will then be updating all of our .NET packages to .NET 10 with #6634, which is auto-generated by our dependency management system.

Because we have a process in place for this and need to track these updates in Renovate to ensure consistent update processes, I will be closing this PR. We appreciate you taking the time to suggest this update.
