- Icon-only add button (removed text label and me-1 margin) - Sort headers with chevron indicators and text-decoration-none - Icon-only action buttons (pencil/trash) with title tooltips - Options column width constraint (80px) - Standard empty state (bi-inbox, 3rem, py-5, mt-3) - Delete confirmation via document-level delegation with form outside widget, matching download_manager pattern so modals survive AJAX pagination
Replaced the custom modal JS and external form with inline forms using the modal-confirm-delete class, letting the built-in blestaModalConfirm() handle confirmation modals automatically.
