this just needs some function to disable certain logic if the checkboxes are enabled, I already added some // where I think it should probably go..

Initially I thought about just adding can_carry_flashsuit but with the patch you can still elevator cf / crystal spark to get a flash suit so maybe exclude those.

The file rust/maprando/tests/presets/v119-Default.json is a snapshot of the Default settings from v119 and shouldn't be edited. The point is to test that the settings can be correctly upgraded across versions, so by injecting the new settings into there it was bypassing the test; instead we needed to implement the upgrade functionality to populate the new settings if they are missing.
