Cron jobs configured with
sessionTarget: "isolated"can execute successfully (lastRunStatus: ok) but fail delivery (lastDeliveryStatus: not-delivered) in Feishu despite validchannel/accountId/tofields. The issue includes repro steps, config comparisons, and logs showingAction send requires a target, suggesting delivery context is dropped in isolated-session cron message send paths.Closes openclaw#38244
