길이마다 이진탐색을 하는 식으로 진행
bisect 라이브러리를 사용하여 한글자 씩 좁혀가며 구하려고 했는데 구현이 안돼서 일단 올립니다..
다른 분들 풀이 보니 bisect에 문자열 넣어도 upper_bound, lower_bound 구할 수 있어서 다시 풀어보고 머지 하겠습니다!
