I was having import issues with the pypi version too, I installed from the repo and seems like the import issues went away (at first glance), Maybe you should try setting javasphinx from the pypi namespace to the latest git version |

Can we get a new release on pip with this patch? We'd like to use javasphinx with tox, but currently it's broken.
