[WIP] Add new recognized contributors nominations

Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original prompt

The bytecodealliance github org is maintaining a list of Recognized Contributors here: https://github.com/bytecodealliance/governance/blob/main/recognized-contributors.md. These contributors are identified and nominated using a process described here: https://github.com/bytecodealliance/governance/blob/main/TSC/charter.md#recognized-contributors

Please create a set of proposed new recognized contributors following that process as well as historical precedent. You can see previous nominations in pull requests to the governance repository changing the recognized-contributors.md file.

As output, create a markdown document with the following sections:

For each identified contributor to nominate, collect the required information along with a short reason for why they're being nominated. The nominations should come from the github account tschneidereit, which has done a number of previous nominations.

Additionally, create a list of entries to be added to the recognized-contributors.md file. Don't worry about the exact order or how they fit into the current document: all that matters is that the invididual lines have the right format and correct information.
