Google Colab
As part of the 360i Initiative Phase 1, a Google Colab notebook was created to demonstrate the automated creation of SDTM submission artifacts from USDM JSON for the CDISC pilot study.
The notebook brings together a number of open-source utilities and integrates them into an end-to-end solution.
This solution can be executed through the notebook and a full explanation of each of the utilities is included in the notebook and the user can execute the notebook to observe each of the steps in the process.
