Feat: latest logging w path,job_id,custom/default dir

Task of Week-1/2. Looking for more.

Happy for the code feedback :)

Features:
- Allows user to pass custom dir other than default one
- Can display only path with params sent by user
- Displays latest and if multiple, ask for user to select 1
- Can display log/show path on id basis
