Summary of changes
This PR proposes adding two new labels our existing set of labels -
Charmed HPC 2026.1andCharmed Slurm 25.11. These labels will be used to help identify issues that need to be resolved/completed before our releases next year. For example, these labels can be used to tag issues such as "Implement automatic key rotation" so that all project contributors will know that this issue is being worked on as part of our first official release.
