Auto-formatting using isort and autopep8

The results of:

python -m isort -rc --skip venv .
python -m autopep8 -r --in-place --exclude venv .

Travis fails with The command "sh -e /etc/init.d/xvfb start" failed and exited with 127 during. Seems unrelated. Restart the Travis job?

Hey @motin , indeed, travis updated their way to use xvfb, I fixed the config in #50 , could you rebase your PR? Thanks!
