This PR resolves an issue discovered in lrandersson#2 where we discovered that the latest versions of
conda-standalonewere not used for the canary builds. This issue seemed to have been caused by newer builds being built withtrack_featuresultimately resulting in the latest version withouttrack_featuresbeing chosen, since they get deprioritized.Checklist - did you ...
