Description

This PR resolves an issue discovered in lrandersson#2 where we discovered that the latest versions of conda-standalone were not used for the canary builds. This issue seemed to have been caused by newer builds being built with track_features ultimately resulting in the latest version without track_features being chosen, since they get deprioritized.
